Long ball screw is one of our main products which have large quantity in our factory. Most wholesalers and equipment manufacturers buy them and do the ends machining by themselves when their local customers have orders. It can save costs because the price is cheap if buy large quantity and do the machining by themselves.

The length can be customized or according to our standard production length due to different diameters. For diameter 6mm to 10mm, the max length usually 1000mm. For diameter 12mm, max length normally 3000mm or 4000mm. For 16 to 20mm diameter, max length 4000mm. For 25 to 50mm, max length 6000mm. For 63 to 100mm diameter, max length 6600 to 9000mm.

With cold rolling machine, we can produce ball screw with large quantity in short time. The machine can produce day and night, it can save much time. We have large heat treatment machines which ensure our ball screw with high hardness of about 60-62 HRC. We produce ball screw and nut day and night, so we have large quantity stock. If you need ball screw urgently, please tell us to confirm about the delivery time. Normally it needs about 7-20 days for bulk quantity orders. It is better to cut length of 4000mm length for send by container and ship by sea. You can choose the shipment method and tell us your demands.
